   本設備能自動、連續把Φ0.5mm-Φ3mm的金屬(shu)圓絲壓(ya)制(zhi)成(cheng)生(sheng)產所需的各種規格扁絲、T型絲、三(san)角(jiao)形(xing)絲，是(shi)廣泛用于(yu)制(zhi)管、包扣、網帶(dai)、卡簧(huang)、彈簧(huang)、發(fa)夾等行業的前道工序設備。

   1.能自動連(lian)續壓各種規(gui)格鋼絲；

   2.鋼(gang)絲壓(ya)完后，無(wu)絲自動報(bao)警停(ting)機;

   3.自選速度120r/min;

   4.主機功率4KW、5.5KW；

   5.主電機采用變(bian)頻器(qi)調速；

   6.設有斷絲報警、自(zi)動停機功(gong)能(neng)。

 

 

I.Summary

  This machine can automatically and comtinuously press the round wires ofΦ0.5mm-Φ3mm into flat wire,T-shape wire and triangle wire of various specifications, making it ideal equipment applicable for the early stage prodution of hose making ,bag hanggers , web slings , cirlips ,springs and hair clips.
