當(dāng)鍋爐水位高于水位表最高安全水位刻度線(xiàn)時(shí)，即為鍋爐滿(mǎn)水。鍋爐滿(mǎn)水會(huì)降低蒸汽品質(zhì)，破壞過(guò)熱器。因此當(dāng)鍋爐出現(xiàn)滿(mǎn)水現(xiàn)象時(shí)，應(yīng)該及時(shí)處理。
1、沖洗水位表，檢查水位表有無(wú)故障，確認(rèn)滿(mǎn)水后，立即關(guān)閉給水閥，停止向鍋爐上水。啟用省煤器再循環(huán)管路，減弱燃燒，開(kāi)啟排污閥及過(guò)熱器、蒸汽管道上的疏水閥，待水位恢復(fù)正常后，關(guān)閉排污閥及各疏水閥。

3、如果滿(mǎn)水時(shí)出現(xiàn)水擊，則在恢復(fù)水位后，還應(yīng)檢查蒸汽管道、附件、支架等。

4、鍋爐滿(mǎn)水或缺水是鍋爐運(yùn)行中常見(jiàn)的現(xiàn)象，所以要求司爐人員特別注意，嚴(yán)防此類(lèi)事故發(fā)生。
